GARPEN Pty.Ltd. offer a full 180 day warranty on all items. Where possible all items will be checked and tested before delivery reducing the risk of DOA (dead on arrival) items. Should the item be DOA please contact GARPEN Pty. Ltd. within 3 days of delivery. All shipping to return items to GARPEN will be at the buyers cost. GARPEN will, where possible, repair the item or ( at GARPEN'S discretion ) replace. If not possible, a refund may be issued.
